I. Responsibilities of management:
1. Inform managers and suppliers of the content of the BSCI Code of Conduct.
2. Establish a responsibility mechanism within the company organization to deal with all issues concerning the BSCI Code of conduct.
3. Appoint one or more managers responsible for implementing the BSCI Code of Conduct.
4. Monitor the company's compliance with the BSCI Code of Conduct and implement necessary changes within the company premises.
2. Employee awareness:
1. Declare to employees that it supports the principles of the BSCI Code of Conduct, explain and teach to its employees and employees of its subcontractors about the BSCI Code of Conduct.
