技术攻关项目
一、审批内容
以获取自主知识产权、原始创新成果、核心关键技术为目标，对深圳市高新技术产业重点领域、优先主题、重大专项的关键技术攻关予以资助。
重点支持领域：互联网、生物、新能源、新材料、新一代信息技术、节能环保等战略性新兴产业；海洋、航空航天、生命健康等未来产业；先进制造和涉及民生改善的科技领域。
二、审批数量及方式
审批数量：受科技研发资金、战略性新兴产业资金、未来产业资金年度总额控制。
审批方式：单位申报、专家评审、答辩或者现场考察、社会公示、审批机关审定。
三、审批条件
申请深圳市技术攻关项目资助应当符合以下条件：
（一）申请单位应当是在深圳市依法注册、具有独立法人资格的企业、高等院校和科研机构。
（二）申请单位应当有良好的研发基础和条件、健全的财务制度和优秀的技术及管理团队，能提供相应的配套资金，具备承担大型高技术研究开发或者产业化项目能力。
