科技企业孵化载体资助
科技企业孵化载体资助
一、审批内容
科技企业孵化载体孵化服务能力提升项目资助。
重点支持各类投资主体兴办的创客空间和创业苗圃、孵化器、加速器。
二、审批数量及方式
审批数量：有数量限制，受科技研发资金年度总额控制。
审批方式：自愿申报、专家评审、社会公示、审批机关审定。
三、审批条件
（一）申请单位应当是在我市依法注册、具有独立法人资格的机构；
（二）管理团队具备科技孵化载体相关从业经验，70%以上具有大专以上学历。
（三）拥有可自主支配的孵化场地，为科技型创业企业或创新创业项目提供研发、试制、经营的场地和共享设施，开展创业辅导、投融资、市场推广等方面的孵化服务。
四、审批程序
申请人网上申报――向市科技创新委收文窗口提交申请材料――市科技创新委组织专家评审，答辩或现场考察――市科技创新委会同市财政委审定——社会公示――市科技创新委、市财政委共同下达资金计划――申请单位与市科技创新委签订项目合同书――市财政委拨付经费。
