创客专项资金创客实践室项目
创客专项资金创客实践室项目
一、审批内容
创客实践室：对高等院校、技工院校、中小学建设创客实践室进行资助。
二、审批数量及方式
审批数量：有数量限制，受市创客专项资金年度总额控制。
创客实践室项目最高资助不超过100万元。
审批方式：单位申报、专家评审、答辩或者现场考察、社会公示、审批机关审定。
三、审批条件
1.申请单位应当是在深圳市依法注册、具有独立法人资格的学校；
2.申请单位能够提供一定面积的创客实践室用房；
3.申请单位有专门创客实践室管理人员或团队；
4.申请经院校市级主管部门审核同意。
四、审批程序
申请人网上申报――向市科技创新委收文窗口提交申请材料――市科技创新委组织专家评审，答辩或现场考察――市科技创新委会同市财政委审定——社会公示――市科技创新委、市财政委共同下达资金计划――申请单位与市科技创新委签订项目合同书――市财政委拨付经费。
