创客专项资金创客服务平台项目
一、审批内容
创客服务平台：为创客活动提供开放式服务的平台类项目资助，重点支持创客培训，创意设计，开源软件、硬件，开模打样，小批量制造等服务平台。
二、审批数量及方式
审批数量：有数量限制，受创客专项资金年度总额控制。单个项目最高资助300万元。
审批方式：单位申报、专家评审、答辩或者现场考察、社会公示、审批机关审定。
三、审批条件
1.申请单位应当是在我市依法注册、具有独立法人资格的机构，注册资本不少于100万元人民币；
2.拥有为创客提供开放式服务的专职管理团队；
3. 具备为创客提供教育培训、创意设计、开源软件硬件、开模打样、小批量制造的服务能力、场地条件和互联网信息平台。
四、审批程序
申请人网上申报――向市科技创新委收文窗口提交申请材料――市科技创新委组织专家评审，答辩或现场考察――市科技创新委会同市财政委审定——社会公示――市科技创新委、市财政委共同下达资金计划――申请单位与市科技创新委签订项目合同书――市财政委拨付经费。
